Little Victories.
Every small win deserves celebration.
Most people spend their days focused on what went wrong. Little Victories flips that habit. Each day you log what you accomplished — however small — pick a mood, and tap Celebrate. Built on cognitive behavioural therapy principles to help you build a more resilient, positive mindset over time.
Why I made it.
The brain is wired to dwell on what went wrong. Three good things can happen in a day, and the one awkward email is what's still rattling around at midnight. CBT calls it negativity bias, and the standard counter-move is deliberately noticing what went right.
I wanted that practice to take ten seconds, not ten minutes of journalling. So Little Victories is exactly that: type the small win, pick a mood, hit Celebrate, and the app actually celebrates with you. The streak keeps you honest, the calendar lets you look back, and if you're working with a therapist the export gives them something concrete to read between sessions.
